How do you Sulphur?

I just got some powered sulphur yesterday, and it has all these warnings on the label about irratating the skin, and calling poison control if you ingest it. So I was just going to add like 2 teaspons of powder to my oil/ conditioner/ water mix I use on my hair at night. but now before I do that
I decided I better consult with the LHCF Chemist

Before I burn all my hair out of my scalpperplexed

Please be as specific as you can about which oils to mix with which ones not to use. How much
you know the Deets

Hey OP! I just got mine as well, and was a little creeped out by the warnings, but it IS for treating acne and scalp conditions, so after careful research I've proceeded with caution. Since sulphur is oil-soluble, I mixed a tsp in jbco and added it to my leave-in spritz... Working just fine for me thus far! I've been using it for about two weeks now.

I was always told that the rule was 1 tsp to 8 oz of oil & anything more could definitely lead to scalp/skin irritation.

I'm using Pre-Mixed either (in no particular order):

Tiiva Growth Oil
Camille Rose Growth Oil
Claudie's Scalp Exlir
Afro Healthy Hair Oil w/MSM
Njoi Creations Healthy Hair Butta' w/MSM

I drink sulfer capsules... It's just easier for me. I really like it!
