How do you Rollerset?

I have been reading a lot about rollersetting. I am trying to find how to rollerset, what to use to rollerset (such as rollers, leave'ins/creams), etc. and a step-by-step process. I want to try my own as oppose to blowdrying my hair. Thanks for all of your help ladies
