How do you not apply heat?

I started to wear my hair in two french braids (sometimes one french braid going straight back) I recently stopped adding heat to my hair.

I use Hype Hair Satin covered foam rollers to give my hair curl in the morning instead of using a curling iron. I just put them in before I go in the shower and by the time I'm out, voila! Curls and body!!! Just remember to take them all out before going to work.

I use heat, but not weekly its too much work I barely have time to wash my hair properly. But Roller sets are great and caruso rollers are great ways to not use heat.
