How do you get that Scunci Bun maker thing to work

I bought that hairagami bun maker thing in hopes that I can be inspired to wear protective styles since I just recently cut about 3 inches of length off but this thing just isnt working for me no matter how much I reread the instructions. Its getting me highly aggravated..Anyone know how to work this thing. I want my $9 back.

Thanks Armyqt Im going to give it a second attempt. I didn't put my hair into a ponytail, maybe thats was my problem.

How long do your hair have to be, in order for it to work?

At least 1-2" past shouder, esp. for the buns because you use your own hair as opposed to a donut or fake hair. I haven't used mine yet, everytime my SO's daughter comes over she asks me, 'have u used it yet' and im like no, but i will' and she just shakes her little big head

Whenever I attempt to use it, it snaps, twists and bend all over the place..Its driving me crazy.

what!!! i cannot beileve you guys r having so many problems with it....it took me about 3x and now i can put it in without a blink....i think it take a little practice, but it is a excellent bun maker, and it is wonderful at protecting ends!!
