How do you do these kinda twists?

That's interesting, I've never seen it before.

Looks like a flat twist/bantu knot hybrid...
 
Wow that's beautiful, I have no idea how they did it though.
 
it looks like they twist the hair, start to form a swirl (like a bantu knot) then go pick up another section of hair, add it into the twist, form a swirl and continue, similar to how you pick up the next piece of hair when you're cornrowing.
 
I dunno but the are fierce! I've never seen anything like them!
 
if you twist hair taut as if you were going to do a bantu knot the hair will begin to coil around itself. While keeping the hair taut circle the hair around (as if to start a bantu knot) then grab another section of hair twist and repeat.

Kinda hard to put into word but it is acually not hard to do.
