Do i use it as a pre-poo? Add it to condish? on wet or dry hair?

I have use castor oil as a preshampoo treatment, mixed with jojoba oil and used on wet and dry hair, and mixed with MTG. You can even add it toyour conditionr. You just have to find a way to incorporate it into your routine.

Thanks Liz, n e more suggestions? All these views, no replies??? :(

i use it as a pre- poo treatment on dry hair- either overnite with a thin plastic cap or on the day of pooing i apply it to dry hair , put on a thin plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for 15-20 mins prior to pooing.

I mix it with deep conditioner. It's not my favorite oil, but I don't want to waste it.

I do all of the above. I like to mix it w/ other oils when I apply it directly to my hair or scalp b/c it's very thick. Sometimes, I will use it alone, too.

I use it just 2 ways...I put a spoon in with my deep conditioner and I use it as a hot oil treatment only to my ends. It's the only oil that can keep my ends in check. :)

I belive that I got this from Melanzium. I mix castor oil, w/ conditioner as an end tx, in between twists. My ends are super soft. Next time when I do a full twist, I may have to try it
