Have you tried the satin braidout on dry hair? Check out Nina Pruitt's:

Try playing around with some of these. I know since I've started using the satin strips my braidouts are much prettier. :-)

OMG!! That satin braid out = GORGEOUS!
She's 9 months post relaxer tho.....I wonder if it works on completely natural hair that's blown out.
Does anyone know where to buy the satin scarves she's using??

I purchased two packages of the 30 x 30 satin scarves from the beauty supply store and cut them into strips. Because my hair is a little longer, I think I need to purchase a longer length of satin from my nearest fabric store.

BTW, I'm 100% natural and I've been very happy with my results. I'll see if I can find a few pix to post.

My first thoughts when I saw her hair was braidout. I am a 4b and my braidout is looking very similar to her hair right now, but my waves are a little smaller because I have to do smaller sections for my hair to come out smoother.
