how do i put an active link in my signature?

whenever i add a link to my sig, it's never active, just a jumble of words(like now). what can i do to hyperlink it?

Felicia, you're using HTML tags, which aren't going to work in this forum. You'll need to go here LHCF BBCode and follow the details under URL HYPERLINKING.
