I posted this question in the "Suggestion/Q&A" forum a few days ago. This is the response Nicki6 gave me:
What I do is upload the picture to photobucket.com. Underneath your picture, there will be 3 options (url, tag, Img). Copy and paste the Img link into your post and it will show the pic. If you remove the picture from your photobucket account, the pic will no longer display. I hope this helps!!
