How do I make a ticker?

I want to make another ticker like the one I have in my siggy saying pretty much the samething except I am starting over since I just permed my hair today, for some reason I can't even remember which one I chose to make my ticker, sorry if this is in the wrong section. But can someone help me? thanks.

thanks but I mean the actual ticker, where it says 6 months and blah weeks since... I can't figure out which option to pick to make that.

baby age and child?
or
weight lost one?
or
anniversary one?

which one do you choose to get months, weeks since.....
