how do i make a hot towel?

you know how some products suggest wrapping the hair with ahot towel? whats that mean exactly? a towel dampened with hot water? or do you just put a towel in a microwave? How can I "make" a hot towel?

I start by wetting a folded towel with hot water, then placing it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. During that time I am detangling with my conditioner in and the towel is not too hot to handle, but warmer than it would be with me just using the hot water. More of a steam affect. HTH

Make sure you wet the towel or it might catch on fire.

You can do it with the water or you can take a towel that is fresh out of the clothes dryer.

I wet it with warm water then place it in the microwave. To me it's like using steam.

I use a towel right out of the dryer.
