I'm not not natural, but my friend would like to know how to get this textured looked. He already has a mohawk and he is about 4c.

Looks like you should be able to rub hair in circular motion until clumps form. Lots of YouTube videos on this. Some use a sponge w/large holes, a brush, or just the palm of your hand.

My brother uses it for that look.

my brother did my nephew' s hair like this. except the top/mohawk is a little longer...he looks so cute.

It's a sponge with holes in it. You rub it in a circular motion to give this look.

a mini twist out. Wet the hair, apply a tiny bit of define cream, let dry..unravel.
