how do I get a ticker?

Ok ladies .. This may be a stupid question to some and it may seem even more boneheadish to make a thread about it, lol I am new to the site and I notice that some of you have tickers. How do I get one? Please don't stone me lol I would like to start keeping better track of my growth.

Anytime girl! I see you have ur hair in a short cut. That's how short my hair was about a yr and a half ago actually. Now my hair is chin length. I wish u the best of luck on ur goals!
