That's pretty much what I do. I try to evenly space them out throughout the day like you've listed above since a lot of what I take is time released and requires 2 to 3 doses a day. In addition to my water, I also take my mid-day vitmains with a green smoothie or a fruit smoothie. Charla it seems like you're on the right track. Hopefully some others will chime in.
