Hot oil/Pure oil treatment users.....help.........

Okay I just ran to CVS and got that Neutrogena Triple Moisture Pure Oil Therapy. It says to use half the tube and reseal it. How in the WORLD do I open it without cutting it and how am I gonna reseal it? I don't use hot oils so I'm not used to this kind of packaging. TIA

I say put the tube in a small cup and put it away. I have done that with some of my Fermodyl leave ins when I use only have a tube. I can't see it evaporating over a few days. HTH

What size is the tube (in ounces)? I would just use the entire contents of the tube.

it says .68 fl. oz.....i probably will end up using the whole thing cause my hair soaks up oil quickly anyway and I usually have to use more than the directions say when using oils/moisturizers

The hot oil tube I used had a twist off thing that you were able to reinsert.

Yeah, you just twist off to open it and it's made in a way that you can re-insert it. I just used the entire tube though...
