HOT OIL PROCEDURE!!!!!!!!!

Hey ladies!!! i would like to know when to use a hot oil treatments and what's your hot oil routines!!!!!!

I use a hot oil treatment weekly as a preshampoo treatment. I use olive oil and honey.

I also use a hot oil treatment as a preshampoo, but I try to do it every other week. I mix olive oil, castor oil, and africa's best herbal oil, cover with plastic cap/wrap towel around head, and leave on for 30 min-45 min.

I apply extra virgin olive oil to slightly dampened hair cover with a plastic cap for about an hour prior to shampoo the last 20 minutes I use a heating cap.
