Hooded Dryer

Do these cause heat damage? I thinking of getting one of these, as I plan on cutting out blow dryers for GOOD ... But realise that some times I would need my hair to dryer faster than overnight.

So has anyone had heat damage from a hooded dryer, also any recommendations on a good one, I don't want a salon type one (my mom has the salon type steamer and it was expensive and takes up too much space).

From what I heard from the ladies here on LHCF, hooded dryers dry your hair with indirect heat other than direct heat you get from blowdryers and other heating appliances such as hot combs and flatirons, so the hooded dryer causes little to no damage to your hair.

I recently bought one that had great reviews. I haven't tried it yet, but based on what other people had to say, it's seems like a good one

Hooded dryers are indirect forms of heat and they provide little damage if any at all
