Homosan Hair Vitamins (For Thickness and Length)

Have any of you ever heard of this? They are hair vitamins that can be ordered off of the Internet.

A couple of years ago some of the ladies on some of the hair boards were raving about them for faster hair growth and for thickening up the hair. I took them for a couple of months or so but didn't see any results. I'm thinking maybe I didn't take them long enough.

Anybody with experience with these?

Sindee, it's good to hear that I'm not the only one who didn't get any results. At $75/bottle, I expected to be WALKING on hair!!! /images/graemlins/crazy.gif

WOW....It was $75.00? It was so long ago that I purchased it, I didn't remember how much money I wasted.

As you know, I took them as well. In fact, I still have some left. I really don't know if they worked or not, but I do recall that it was supposed to take several months to show the results. I think the first round was to last a few months, then they were to be taken less frequently. I don't think 3 months would be enough time to see results..IMO.

I ordered KAL Silica after that, but never took them consistently. I started taking them again in early January, and can't say for sure if it is working, but I have noticed that I am plucking my eyebrows almost daily.

I didn't know these pills were also supposed to help increase thickness. Geez....I don't want that at all. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Oooooooooh, thanks for the tip. Perhaps I didn't take them long enough (the price prohibited that /images/graemlins/smirk.gif ).

Yes, they're supposed to thicken your hair up quite a bit. They had a picture of one lady on one of their websites who supposed was thinning real bad and it really plumped up her hair strands.

I didn't pay the $75 per month. At the time they had a promotion going on and I can't remember for the life of me exactly what I paid.
