Ok so I want to add some color to my hair. Which is better for the hair, Highlights or a Rinse?
 
A rinse is but you can only go darker not lighter. However a rinse is not permanent and highlights are. You just have to decide on what you want.
 
rinse is def better for ur hair than highlights
