Hey ladies, What conditioner do you use???

Hello everyone, i'm new to the forum and I wanted to know what leave-in and deep conditioners everyone uses. I tried searching to see if there was already a thread but it messes up when i do it. :perplexed I use KeraCare Humecto as a regular conditioner, but i wanted to start deep conditioning and using a leave-in at times. Oh, i'm relaxed too, (if that affects it) but help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. :yep:

ORS Replenishing Conditioner as my DC:grin:

I switch between Africas Best leave in mayo and Giovanni direct as my leave in (I lightly spray Dove moisture mist over it no matter which one I use)
 
Hi there! Welcome! Here is what I use:

Leave-In's

On Wet Hair
Roux Fermodyl 619 Extra Strength - To help with moisture
Sunsilk Straighten-Up 24/7 Creme - On my new growth
Sunsilk Hydra TLC 24/7 Creme - All over
Sunsilk De Frizz Creme 24/7 Creme - On my ends
ApHogee Pro-Vitamin Leave-In - For ceramides
ApHogee Green Tea & Keratin - For Silk Amino Acids

On Dry Hair
Suave Extreme Strength Leave-in
Sallys Generic Nexxus Humectress

Deep Conditioners
20-30 minutes with at least 15 minutes w/heat
ORS Replenishing in the bottle mixed with Sallys Generic Nexxus Humectress
Silk Element Cholesterol mixed with Sallys Generic Nexxus Humectress

I wash and DC twice a week, so each of these is used once a week.

After coloring I DC with Proclaim Cholesterol.
 
I use ORS Replenishing Paks as my DC. Roux Fermodyl 619 is my new favorite leave-in. :infatuated: I'm looking for a creamy leave-in conditioner to go with it though.
 
Thank you ladies so much, but i have one more question. I notice all of you use ORS, may I ask what that is? lol I may just be slow, but does that stand for anything or is ORS the name of the product??

Hi Alisha08! :welcome4:

I've had good success with Motions Line. So for deep conditioning, I use Moisture Plus. For a leave-in, I use either Nourish (watery consistency w/protein) or CPR Anti-Breakage Lotion (creamy consistency w/o protein). I always seal my leave-in with serum and a few drops of oil, either Wild Growth Hair oil, EV Olive Oil or EV Coconut Oil.

Whats up Alisha.

I am relaxed and I deep condition my hair twice a week.

For moisture I use aubrey organics honeysuckle and rose conditioner or white camellia conditioner, pantene relaxed and natural breakage defense mask or silk elements cholesterol

For protein I like to use elasta qp breakage control serum, motions cpr or ors replenishing pack.

I use sunsilk hydra care and the smoothing leave in creams (the pink and the purple one). I also use giovanni direct leave in when I am a couple of weeks post relaxer to help with detangling.

My favorite deep condtioners are LeKair Cholesterol Plus & Shea Butter Cholesterol Creme. Also Cabellina conditioner works great as a DC. When stretching I use Pantene Breakage Defense Mask.

For leave-ins I like Africa's Best Liquid Mayo, Garnier Length & Strength and Lacio Lacio (for rollersets.)
 
I'm so in loooooove...
with Bumble and Bumble conditioners. The Alojoba gives my hair an everyday shot of protein and softness. THe super rich is all moisture and the Coco De Creme smells divine. I cannot stop touching my hair today after using the DEEEEP Treatment. How about this stuff relaxed my new growth. YES! I said it... It RELAXED my new growth. My hair is sooo soft, pliable, and moisturized. OMG! I regret buying that big tub of cholesterol. I don't need anymore deep treatments. Nothing works as good as this... I swear.
 
For DC I use a humecto/porosity control/protein treatment mixture

For my leave-in I use V05 Detangle & Shine Daily Lightweight leave-in spray sealed with PM super skinny serum

Alisha you hair is gorgeous and it looks like you are doing the right things... dont go crazy conditioner shopping ( trust me your wallet and hair will thank you).

But just to answer your question :grin:, i use aveda DR conditioner under a plastic cap for 10-15 mins weekly as my deep conditioner. for my leave in i alternate between aveda hang straight and lacio lacio (which i highly recommend).
 
I use Infusium 23(original) as my leave-in, Elasta QP DPR-11 mixed with 1tbsp of Castor oil as a moisturizing deep con and Motion CPR for my protein deep con

My main conditioners are: White Rain Tropical Coconut, Neutrogena Triple Moisture Daily Deep Conditioner and Pantene Breakage Defense Mask.

Following close behind: Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner, Kiehl's Intensive Conditioner, ORS Hair Mayonnaise.

For Leave In's - the same as Preistess' plus Fermodyl 619.

*I will be trying out Aveda DR - cause I saw that some folks I know were using it *cough* and waiting to see if it will be added to my rotation (I take that back - for what it cost...it will be in the rotation for a good minute..)

Deep Conditioners: Since the beginning of July, I've been using Mizani Moisturefuse on a weekly basis. I wash twice a week so on my second wash, I alternate with some of my Dominican conditioners which include Miss Keys 10 en 1, Silicon Mix, Nacidit Avocado Conditioner and Tropical Aloe Vera Conditioner.
