I have not tried that brand but it looks like my shakakai soap that I purchased from the indian grocer on American Way.

I used this shampoo bar for the first time tonight. AND I'm in LOVE!!!!! :heart2:

I have the Gorej brand of Shikakai and I got it from SmallFlower.com. It just says that its made with 100% Vegetable Oil...and it says its a 3in1 bar, so does that mean shampoo, conditioner and body??

Thats the brand I use. It is natural and I love how it smells compared to the strong scent of swastik brand. I even use it to wash my kinky twists.

Yeah, I was preparing for an awful smell after reading other threads about this stuff but it wasn't bad. I was just surprise at how easily it got the hemp seed butter off of my hair without drying it. Love it.
