..........Thanks dangerously shy. My regime isnt really a big deal. I wash and condition my hair every week. I use any shampoo I feel like using at the moment. But I always use Tropical avocado intensive conditioner cream, I leave it in for about 5 minutes or so and the rinse it out. And then apply a salerm 21, followed by a rollerset. After my hair is dry I apply wildgrowth oil and then wrap my hair.
