Herbal Essence Conditioner/Motions Moisture Plus

I'm looking for a very good moisturizing conditioner. Which Herbal Essence Conditioner is everyone raving about? Also, is Motions Moisture Plus a good moisturizing conditioner? TIA

I use Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner (pink bottle). On the bottle it says "protects permed, dry, damaged hair."

Herbal essences gets my vote, motions moisture plus has lots of slip, however left my hair tangled and dry, too much silicone for hair.
