Henna???

I finally found some Henna Products. Me and my husband just returned from our home town CALIFORNIA( currently living in Panama City Fl) While out sopping, I came across a beauty supply store. It was huge. I was a child in a candy store. My pour DHerplexed waited 45 minutes for me to shop. Long story short I finally came across Henna. I bought the Henna protein pac. Can some one give me insight on this??? is it to much protein to little, should I use the whole 1 fl oz on my hair??? My last touch-up was 3 weeks ago. THA I've heard a lot about Henna as far as coloring but not so much regarding the protein.

Is a henna protein pac the same as plain ole henna? Or is there something added to it? What does the package say? (That should help us determine what your next move should be).
