what is he word on Sadaf henna? I have been reading about the body art henna and this is the brand that I use to use all the time but don't know anything about it.. Please help I am wanting to henna my hair again..

I don't know anything about it either. Do you have the ingredient list? and it is Super Sifted? And do you know what Crop it is? I use Jamila Crop 2009 super sifted powder. If you used to use it all the time did you buy it off a website or a store?

It don't say about the ingredients nor say super sifted.. it just say superior quality. It is brought from a grocery store.

well I ordered ancient sunrise and have it on now... I will have to tell you in the morning how I like it.. but I can tell you this from the stuff I have been buyin from the grocery store I can tell the difference...

:yay:I have just washed the henna out of my hair by using conditioner... Ladies I have to tell you I am so impress with this brand of henna. I have been using henna on my for years, since my late teens and not until I researched on this forum did I know there was a difference then just buying any bag in the store. The washing out was such a breeze and the color is lovely. I know ancient sunrise cost but I think it is well worth the money plus from 100g I will get at least 4 appls because my hair is so thin and wetting it first makes it even better. So they can get my 15.00 with no problem... LOL

$15 for 100g????!!!

@Shadiyah Was this a kit? With gloves, etc? I pay anywhere from $2.49 - $5.25 for my henna. And I've only bought it on sale. The last time I bought some was from ayurnaturalbeauty.com's 20% off sale. It was Jamila Henna @ $5.25/box.

I have a TWA and I use 50g - 75g when I henna; it depends if I add other powders to my mix.

What DC did you use afterwards?

HHG

Well I was including the shipping charge... it was $9.50 per 100g no kit just henna and I decided not to get the Jamila because the % wasn't as high in color. I was trying to make sure I bought body art henna.
The conditioner was Hairveda Moist Condition 24/7

:yay: it has been 2 weeks since I did my henna and I am so ready to do it again. I do see new growth but I just really want to do it for a deeper richer color. I took my bowl out of the freezer and will decide in the morning if it's on.
How is everyone else out there doing??
