Henna experts... Is there a Henna tutorial out there?

I've heard so many good things about henna!!! But the search is not turning up the information I'm looking for... I want to know from the experts the best way to do it so I get a good result the FIRST time . I plan to use Body Art Quality. Also, I'd like to know the cut-off time to apply henna before you relax. And, do you apply henna on ALL of your hair?
