Henna and Relaxer?

how is it with this, I think I saw something on the board about not using henna if your relaxed or did i get it wrong? is okay to use henna on relaxed hair, and how long should you wait before applying the henna after you have applied your relaxer?

I did a neutral henna (cassia) treatment a few days before relaxing. That was after doing it weekly for about 3 weeks.

Then I did one right after relaxing. No problems here.

I use no lye, if that even makes a difference.

Body art quality (BAQ) henna can be used on relaxed hair. I am living proof that it has dramatically improved the condition, look and feel of my hair. My first henna was 2 weeks before touchup. I touchup and waited 2 weeks and hennaed again. I now henna once a week on wash days. My hair is awesome! Henna is the best thing I've done for my hair since I gave up heat.

I use natural henna (lawsonia inermis) which dyes hair red.

thanks guys, I think im going to wait a week after my relaxer to put the henna in, wish me luck guys, also i think ill make it a habbit to do every week like you neroli, your hair is beautifull
