I have been using Bigen color for sometime now. I would like to switch to using Henna to have a variety of color choices. And for added strength.

Will it be safe to do so? Can I go back and forth between these two? I do love the way Bigen covers gray.

TIA

Technically, I've been using henna for less than 6 month, but my limited understanding was that you couldn't use commercial hair dyes and henna, to get rid of those annoying and very stubborn greys you have either to embrace the henna turning it red or make adjustments using indigo to get those greys black. I hope that someone much more experience responds.
