it seems like I can't get my hair pass ear length ..its just there in the same spot for the past 2 months..what can I do to speed up the process or get it to atleast chin length?

I am the same spot, EL. I had to put it away and stop paying attention to it. My plan is to put it away for 3 months at a time to see if I can get past this point. Have you put your hair up/away recently? It might be time.

You might have a Summer Growth Spurt and it might put you there by Fall.
