I've tried several hair products including MTG and Surge, but my hair is not growing on the sides and in the top where its thinner from wearing braids and quick weaves. Although it is growing good in the back. What should I do?

1 part clary sage
1 part rosemary oil
1/2 part peppermint
2 parts carrier oil (such as Olive Oil, Emu Oil, Coconut Oil, Wheatgerm, Amla)
