 I've tried several hair products including MTG and Surge, but my hair is not growing on the sides and in the top where its thinner from wearing braids and quick weaves. Although it is growing good in the back. What should I do?:(

i think you should give your hair a break and take your vitamins, and moisturize your hair well, and take care of it instead of putting many things on your scalp. I think you should try that. Good luck

MTG, surge, WGO, monkey ball sweet, etc........they won't help grow the hair back if the follicles are gone. The only thing you can do is stop wearing braids and weaves and if possible go see a doctor.

ITA, U hit it right on the nose, there must be some damaged follicles if nothing is growing, see a dermatologist.

Hi Renae226,
have a look at the thread "LADIES PLEASE HELP. LOOSING BATTLE!!" by peacelove. There is a lot of good advice in this thread which you should find very useful.

I don't have any bald spots, the hair is just not growing at a constant rate as the other hair on my head.

Renae226,
the thread I quoted was not about bald spots but about caring for hair that was damaged by split ends. It was another option for hair care, that you may find beneficial.

Oh ok, the other post wasn't so clear, I suggest scalp massages w/EO's 3x's a day.
