my friend asked me whats the best way to make hair grow faster...
i know there is a number of ways to do it...
what are some of the ways that have worked best for you?

drinkin plenty of water & exercising worked for me: i stopped cuz i'm so lazy but i'll hop back on that eventually.... my other theory is that there isn't a mircale hair grower so she can't take something and her hair shoots out like weed

Hair all over my dorm because I am not doing this. Moisturize and braiding it. Right now, rollersets, conditioner washing and baggie are helping.

Cowashing, less heat, moisture, moisture, moisture.

Frequent washing and vitamins.

Sticking to a hair care routine, regular shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners, protein/ moisture balancing, sealing with oils, testing different products, baggies, stretching my touch-ups and understanding that healthy hair comes first then length. I had to learn that growing was one thing, keeping the growth was another. I also learned to 'LISTEN' to my hair needs.
