I am going to Sally's today and I need a heavy and light protein treatment, any recommendation is greatly appreciated..

For heavy protein, you get can Aphogee treatment for damaged hair and for a light protein treatment you can get Aphogee 2 min reconstructor. Hope that helps

I don't use a heavy protein treatment as of yet but for light protein treatments. I use aphoghee 2 min keratin reconstructor and motions cpr among others but you ask for ones that you can purchase from sally's.

Be very carefully of protein treatments, I lost 6 inches in 2005 because of them.
