Help With Receiving Payment on PayPal

I recently saw a thread on how to receive a payment on PayPal without incurring a fee but cannot find that post. I've typed in a variety of topics with no success. I'm putting my request here due to more traffic. Can someone help me? I wish to receive a payment without setting up a diff. type of vendor's account. Have some BKT and Linange to sell.
