HELP! Scalp Issues

I know this kind of gross, but has anyone experienced whiteheads in their scalp. I have them pretty much every week, especially if I go too long without washing my hair. Too long for me is like over 6 days. Its insane I dont use a lot of oils or grease I have no idea why this keeps happening.


Any suggestions?
