Help! Question about burning scalp

What product should be used on a burning scalp?

My sister just used some type of hair removing product to take out the hair she had bonded in, and now the stuff has her scalp burning. She's in pain....also some of her hair came out on the edges. What to do????

My sister lives out of town, and my mom called me up to see if I knew. I am clueless when it comes down to weave bonds. Ladies if you can help me out please!!! I need replies ASAP, so that I could relate the message to my mother over the phone.

I am so sorry to reply back so late. I have been having problems with my internet. It's now back up. Thanks so much ladies for the replies. She did use some type of shampoo that soothe her burning. After that she conditioned her hair, and applied WGO and Castor Oil. Now she's going to get her hair cut, because a little of edges did come out. She's learned a valuable lesson now. Thanks again!
