Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. I was not sure if I should post here or in the vendor forum. I ordered from QB last week and my package was said to have arrived last Saturday. Well nothing was in my mail box. I checked with my neighbors, the front desk... everybody. I contacted USPS and they basically told me tough and the "tracking says delivered so it's not our problem anymore", even though anyone can tell you that that's not always what happens. I had packages say delivered only to be found on a neighbors porch, mailbox, or not there at all. Anyway, I have been trying to contact QB and ask them to help, put a trace on the package etc, but the only customer service they have is to send them a letter on there site. I have sent them an e-mail sat. morning and then again today. Nothing. Does anyone know of a way to contact them? I have found no number,e-mail nothing. I wanted to double check if the address made it onto the package correctly but I cant even contact them to ask. I don't want to wait and do nothing and it never turn up. Thanks
