Help please

I bought a jar of Long Aid curl activator gel recently (maybe 3 days ago) and just put some in my hair. First thing I noticed is *sniff* I don't smell anything! Hoorah, I think to myself, it is now unscented (I don't really like the way it smells). I pick up the jar to get a better smell and I notice it has little white...x's in it. Ahh D: is my hair going to fall out??!!! Has anybody noticed this recently??

It has a lot more x's/ crosses in it than it looks like in this pic. I couldn't get the lighting right.

Whoa, that's weird. Are you sure it's not like that on purpose? Call the company and have them send you a new jar or coupons if you are not satisfied.

Wow that is weird. I just bought my first jar this week & didn't see anything like that in it. But I noticed it wasn't sealed which bothers me a bit.

OP I've never seen that before. I'd definitely give the company a call and wash it out. That's strange.
