Help! Need Self Relaxing Tips

I have never relaxed my hair on my own before and I cannot contact my stylist that I use once in a blue moon. My hair is now out of control and I can't leave it like this much longer. Can someone please lead me to the thread or album that has step by step self relaxing tips?
