HELP need layer grow out support

Ladies I am looking for a support thread aimed at growing out layered hair. The thread [FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']Layers & Bangs Grow-out Support[/FONT] no longer works and I can't find a thread using the search button. I'm fighting a battle with my layers and right now I'm affraid my layers are winning.
HELP!!!!

I don't know of a thread, but I just wanted to say I feel your pain. I too am trying to grow out layers. My hair grows in layers and it drives me crazy!erplexed

Yeah it frustrates me as well, Last year I cut my front sides really short in hopes that the top of my hair would catch up with the sides, well I took my braids out yesterday and realized that, once again the sides are longer then the top.I want my hair to grow in even sooo badly, but it looks like its not going to happen. I don't know what else to do, I don't want to keep cutting on my hair
