I purchased the Rose H20 Conditioning Creme Hairdress from Ulta and it smells like a relaxer or other chemicals. Is it supposed to smell like that?

I was at my local BSS on yesterday and picked up one of these. It smells like their Thermastrength Style Serum to me. They were running a special for $8.29 so I figured why not try it since the ladies here rave about it.
