Help me with the cayenne pepper and olive oil recipe!!!

I bought cayenne pepper in the powder form and i have my olive oil ready. I need to know how much cayenne pepper should i add and how much olive oil do i need. Also, do i have to leave the mix alone for one week or two weeks before using. Please tell me everything step by step.

have you tried cayenne pepper in vodka? let it sit a week, strain with stocking, use it as a dc scalp tonic, then follow with moisturizing conditioner....talk about TINGLY! I'm gonna probably start this again...haven't done it in a few years. HTH!
