Help me find my hairline

Before my big chop, I wore microbraids for about a month which resulted in having some of my hairline disappear. /images/graemlins/whyme.gif I took some pics today (in album since I don't know how to insert photos here) after brushing out my hair and with the color of my hair now, it looks more obvious than it did when my hair was lighter in color. I've been using Surge for about a month, but want to know if anyone has any other recommendations. Thanks!

Try takin some biotin. That helped me out a lot when my hairline was jacked up. Start off slow and work the dosage upwards. I started taking the 1000 mcg once a day and now my hair is actually it's way to filling in the sparse spots. It took some time, like 2 months for me and I'm seeing great improvement.

I take biotin now, but may need to up my dosage. The pics I took were taken a month after I started Surge-ing, so there is some growth. I guess I need to be more patient.

Thanks for the thread, Nonie. And I'm glad you had such success with your oil regime. I may have to do some looking around my heath food store for some oils and start massaging my temples. Luckily, the way I wear my hair it only looks like I have a permanent part on one side of my head, but I'm sure to tire of the camouflage look.

it will grow back, i have that problem with micros also..the will kill mt hair line, and i used to wear them so often that my hair line is extremly fragile now..so keep the surge flowing and try those essentail oils as well..
good luck, but u wont need it...it will come back stronger than ever..
