HELP...Knots from braids!

Okay I got medium box braids 2 months ago I am taking them out and I have so many knots and I need to know how to get them out without loosing hair! Please help!

The knots are most likely fallen out hair trapped around the growing hair. I say pick it with your fingers slowly until out...

You are going to need to be very very patient with taking this down and find a cap or a scarf or a wrap you will be able to use because this will be a process of a few days if not a week.
