This fine shampoo is formulated with extracts of Neem, Aloe Vera, and Hibiscus flowers. Traditionally in Ayurveda, Aloe Vera is recommended as a hair tonic to promote abundant and luxurious hair, Neem is used to soothe skin and scalp conditions, and Hibiscus nourishes hair at the roots, supporting maximum growth. Especially recommended for dry, thinning or perm-damaged hair. Moisturizing: For dry to normal hair (Vata-Pitta body types).

A gentle, cleansing shampoo with coconut oil conditioners, extracts of Neem, the premier Ayurvedic herb for skin and scalp, and Aloe Vera, which traditionally promotes abundant and luxurious hair. Ayurvedic conditioning shampoo for all types of hair (Vata-Pitta-Kapha body types).

Ammonium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (from Coconut oil) is this bad??

I'd choose the one without the sulfate. They are almost identical. I think that kind of sulfate is one of the gentler ones on the hair.
