HELP! I need to find a new hair style...

I've been flat ironing my hair for the past 2 years. I used to LOVE my hair straight because I have a small face & my hair is long, BUT I'm sooo tired of it now. It doesn't flatter me anymore.

Also, the side part is thinning out one side of my hair.

So, can anyone suggest another hair style for me. Like I said, I have a small face so the messy look isn't becoming on me. I tried bangs but it shortens my face. erplexed

So any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
