I know it's not my terminal length because since I was a kid up to the time I went away to college my hair was a little past APL.And I never tried. But my second semester my hair broke off to shoulder length. That's how I got online and found u guys I wanted to get my hair back. But I mean it's healthy now but for some reason I can get it back to the way it was 3 years ago.
This sounds a lot like me. College messed my hair UP, and I'm pretty sure it's mostly due to my diet, or lack thereof. I never realized how healthy I ate when I was living at home (well, eating at home the majority of the time anyway) compared to all the fast food, junk food, etc. that I've been eating for the last year or two. But now that I'm taking care of my hair I really realize that what I put into my body is vital to the health of my hair, not just my body. I just recently started eating healthier and refusing to eat fast food so I can't really speak on the difference it makes yet, but judging from the time frame in which you started to notice the change in your hair, I would definitely say your diet could be a major culprit.
