HELP /CONDITION WASHES

I need help with the correct way to do the conditioning washes and any suggestions on conditioners they use. THANKS in advance.

I like to use VO5 conditioners because they are inexpensive and they leave your hair soft.

A conditioner wash is just what it says. Washing with conditioner. I put a generous amount of conditioner in my hands and massage it into my scalp. I then take a little more and work it into my entire length. I let that sit on my head for the remainder of my shower and rinse out. It's that easy.

You can use any conditioner you like with a conditioner wash whether it be 99 cents or $16.99. The benefits are amazing.

Like DSD said, use it the very same way as shampoo, except use a LOT/ I recommend V05. You can use a whole lot and get great results for 99 cents.

I just started with conditioner washes too.

I use KeraCare Humecto Conditioner 2 to 3 times a week. I rinse with cool water to make sure that I get all of the conditioner out. So far, so good.
