HELP!!!! ? ABOUT ORS LYE RELAXER!!!!

hEY Ladies!!! Im sitting her with base on my hairline freaking out because I don't want to do something in the next couple of minutes that could make my hair fall out. Instead of buying the ORS NO-LYE Kit, I bought the PROFESSIONAL ORS LYE RELAXER and a neutralizing poo. Wellllll after I follow instructions from past members and coat my hairline, ears and hair with base and vaseline, I mix some Olive oil in to the relaxer and I don't smell anything. erplexed I always thought it smelled like eggs so I ask my mom. She says im supp to have some type of activator to put in the relaxer and that I'm not doing something right. I HAVE NOT put the relaxer on yet, because if I'm doing something wrong I need to know. Am i doing everything right or do I need to step away from the relaxer until I get other items I need????

If it's no lye you do use an activator but you have the lye formula. There's no need for mixing.

with lye no activator is needed i was kinda suprised when i used the ORS lye too because it didnt have that permy-chemical smell but my hair hair turned out lovely
