Help a brother out! Natural salons in the bay Area besides "Oh My Nappy Hair"

My brother needs a hair styling salon. He has relaxer on his head and it makes him look like a crack head. I have finally convinced him to cut it off and get a natural style. But he lives in Berekely and The only natural hair salon in the bay area I can find is "Oh My Nappy Hair" but it is under reconstruction and I don't know when it is going to open up. Does any body know of any black salons in the bay area that specialize in natural hair? Please help my brother is way too handsome to look like a crackhead. Thanks ;-)
